Personal Statement
I try to bring a warm and friendly approach to therapy, as I focus on connecting with clients in the therapy relationship. Together, we'll work at assessing concerns and developing an individualized treatment plan.
I specialize in working with children and adolescents, as well as adults with anxiety and depression. I also enjoy working with families and couples.
I'm most skilled in using cognitive-behavioral treatment methods, but am also trained in solution-focused, family systems, and psychodynamic models of therapy.
