Glenda Scheer graduated from Michigan State University School of Social Work in 1973. In 1980, she completed 3 years of post graduate work specializing in women's issues and group psychotherapy at the medical school at Michigan State University. In 1984 she completed a 2 year externship with the Philadelphia Child Guidance Clinic working with families and couples. She was employed at a Community Mental Health Center for several years before going into private practice in 1984.

I consider myself a "seasoned" therapist with a diverse client population. My greatest strength is my warmth, sincerity and directness with clients. I love what I do and I do it well. I am married with 2 adult children.
