Personal Statement
I believe that every individual carries within him or herself remarkable capacities for healing, growth and discovery. I provide a safe, compassionate environment to assist you in exploring difficult feelings and reconnecting with your own core essential self and inner wisdom.
Many of life's natural events - such as the death of a loved one, a divorce, job/career changes, relationship issues, health problems, midlife concerns and aging - can uncover feelings of deep loss, sadness, anger, regret, fear, confusion, emptiness, or disillusionment. I offer insightful, professional help in navigating through experiences of grief, loss and life transitions. Whether you are facing acute grief brought on by a recent loss, or suffering the cumulative effects of losses long past yet still painfully present - these experiences can be catalysts for profound growth.
It would be my privilege to assist you in identifying and gently letting go of your obstacles to more authentic, centered, full and satisfying living. Drawing on my 20+ years of experience working with individuals and organizations during times of change and transition, I offer unbiased, caring help.
I work effectively with individuals, couples, and families. I also offer group experiences, seminars and workshops focusing on grief/loss and life transition-related topics.
