Personal Statement

I view therapy as an active and collaborative process. It's my job to create a safe place where my clients narrate the stories of their lives. Then, I show them the patterns of thought and behavior that perpetuate their problems.

Sometimes it's difficult. Other times, it's full of laughter. For me, the process is always rich. One of the keys to my success is that my clients can tell how much I admire and respect them.
